Eric K. Willmarth, Ph.D., is the founder and president of Michigan Behavioral Consultants, P.C. He received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the Fielding Graduate University after receiving his Master's Degree from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor's Degree from Grand Valley State University.
Dr. Willmarth is a Diplomate of American Academy of Pain Management and is BCIA certified in both Biofeedback and Stress Management Education. He is an approved consultant of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and a Fellow of the Society of Clinical and Experimental Hypnosis. Dr. Willmarth is the past president of the Michigan Society of Clinical Hypnosis, the Society for Psychological Hypnosis (APA Div. 30) and the Michigan Society of Behavioral Medicine and Biofeedback. He serves as Teaching Faculty for the Saybrook University School of Mind-Body Medicine, teaching courses including Ethics, Contemporary Neuroscience, Psychophysiology, and Beginning and Intermediate courses in Hypnosis and Biofeedback. He serves on the Board of the Behavioral Medicine Research and Training Foundation and is a member of the Council of Representatives for the American Psychological Association.
Specialty areas include work with Chronic Pain and other chronic medical conditions as well as problems such as depression, anxiety, habit disorders, phobias, fibromyalgia and Attention Deficit Disorder

Carol Sunday-Rasche, MA, received her Master's Degree in
Counseling from Western Michigan University and her Bachelor's Degree
from John Brown University. She has experience working with the chronic
pain population as well as with trauma and eating disorders. She
is certified in Clinical Hypnosis and specializes in the treatment of
habit disorders such as smoking cessation and weight loss and is also
experienced with biofeedback and neurofeedback for ADD and ADHD. |

Craig Vander Maas, Psy.D., received his doctorate in psychology from
the Illinois School of Professional Psychology after obtaining his
Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan
University and his Bachelor's degree from Aquinas College. Dr.
Vander Maas has
also completed an additional Master's Degree in Clinical
Psychopharmacology from Nova Southeastern University and has also completed
post-doctoral training in the field of Neuropsychology. In addition to
his clinical work with chronic pain patients, he
provides neuropsychological assessment services and pharmacological
consultations to physicians. He is experienced with biofeedback and
provides a full array of psychological testing services. He also
specializes in providing substance abuse services and serves as an
adjunct instructor for Western Michigan University. |

Paul Delmar, Ph.D., received his Ph.D. and undergraduate degrees
from Michigan State University. In addition to his years of work
with chronic pain patients, Dr. Delmar is a Certified Rehabilitation
Counselor and a Vocational Specialist. He is also experienced in
clinical biofeedback and relaxation training. Dr. Delmar works
extensively with issues such as psychological assessment, depression,
anxiety, and disability determination. |

Sandra Strandquist, LMSW, received her Master's Degree in
Social Work from the University of Utah after obtaining her Bachelor's
Degree from Colorado State University. She has provided mental
health services for over 15 years with children, adolescents, and adults
in individual, couple, and family sessions. She has worked as a
part of a sexual abuse treatment team and has years of experience
working with chronic pain and trauma. Ms. Strandquist works with
issues such as anxiety, depression, divorce adjustment, parenting
concerns, women's issues, and sexual abuse. She is certified in
clinical hypnosis and uses this for the treatment of chronic pain,
smoking cessation and weight loss. She is also experienced in
biofeedback and in stress management. |

Barbara Beerthuis, LMSW, received her Master’s in Social Work Degree and Bachelor’s Degree from Western Michigan University. She provides counseling services for individuals, couples and families. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, chronic pain, women’s issues, sexual abuse, relaxation skills, pain management, and stress management skills and biofeedback. She has extensive experience working with senior adults and their families, as they work through the transitions that may occur. She is a Certified Focusing Professional and Trainer. She is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is an effective treatment for trauma. |

Jason Randall, Psy.D, Dr. Randall received his doctoral degree from Loma Linda University, California, and a Certificate in Primary Care Mental Health from the University of Northampton, England. He received his undergraduate degree from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan. Dr. Randall combines various therapeutic approaches to work with patients not only on their chronic pain, but also to develop meaning and quality of life. |

Joseph Lee, MA., is a Behavioral Therapist, licensed K-12 School Counselor, and CEO of Impact Counseling and Consulting Services, LLC. . He uses an eclectic approach of client centered, directive, and motivational interviewing techniques based on the individual needs of the client.
Mr. Lee provides highly competent, culturally relevant, and relatable counseling options and long term mentorship opportunities for students generally considered “at risk” suspended, recommended for expulsion, or dealing with behavioral issues in the school or home setting. He is very familiar with assisting students to meet reinstatement requirements. Previously he worked as a Prevention Services Therapist and Supervisor and assisted many youth considered at risk, suspended or expelled to be reinstated and/or to have their records expunged for minor convictions. |
